Hello Parents and/or Guardians,
Welcome to the San Diego Bolts 2025 Season!! Thank you for taking the first step to signing your
child(ren) up with the SD Bolts family. This is a quick reminder of important key dates to ensure you are
ready to go for the season which officially starts July. In order to complete their
registration and be able to roster, we will need the following documents

● Players Birth Certificate “New Players only need to provide”
● Proof of Residency “New Players only need to provide” (Lease, SDG&E bill, Water bill, or Trash)
● End of the 2024-2025 School Year Report Card (5th Grade - 8th Grade)
*The eligibility team will be at the field (snack bar) EVERY SUNDAY Until June 1st. (June and July dates will be sent out later)
*Players that are not rostered will not be allowed on the field beginning July 21st.
